Conditions of hire
General
Whilst we do our upmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control. (Weather, traffic, break-downs, accidents etc).
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time if necessary.
Bristol Airport Taxis and Services may provide sub-contacted vehicles and drivers if necessary.
Bristol Airport Taxis and Chauffeurs will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless previously instructed otherwise by customer at time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passengers deemed to be under the influence of drugs/alcohol or whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, vehicle or any other passenger.
Payment and Deposits
We accept cash, cheques and paypal. We now also accept debit cards and all major credit cards.
Please note, your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and/or car park charges. Please ask for details.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Failure to appear at the designated time or pick up point will void the contract and any monies paid to Bristol Airport Taxis and Chauffeurs will be non-refundable.
Invoices/ Account Charges:
Invoices will be sent out and payment is respectfully requested within 30 days of invoice date.
Failure to settle the invoice within 30-days may result in legal action.
Responsibilities:
Bristol Airport Taxis and Chauffeurs hold public liability insurance. All our drivers are responsible for their own vehicles.
Clients properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Bristol Airport Taxis and Chauffeurs will accept no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to the property.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by them or by any member of their party, to the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting needed to re-instate the vehicle to full working order.
Complaints:
Complaints in relation to any aspect of Bristol Airport Taxis and Chauffeurs performance must be made in writing to the Company address, marked for the attention of Mr J Vowles. We ask that any complaints are received within 7 days of the booking.
